The latest in a series of challenges from our GDN partners, seeks potential solutions to pinpoint the location of gas escapes from buried underground plants.
One of our GDN Partners is looking for an alternative method of detecting, locating and pinpointing escaping gas from below ground pipelines, allowing them to take subsurface readings using a lightweight device capable of penetrating pavement surfaces.
The GDN is seeking solutions ranging from an improved manual solution that reduces physical impact on the operator, to an automated system, removing the need for manual / physical force.
